Nerf ArenaBlast was released on October 31, 1999, just in time for Halloween in the United States. 17 years later, the game's developer, Visionary Media, may be defunct, but this community is keeping the so-called "family-friendly UT clone" alive. If you play NAB today, you'll likely see the Tip of the Day recommends using the Party mutator to celebrate, and occasional message popups will state today is the day. (Make sure you've installed the Community Pack if you haven't already, or you won't see any of these messages.)
