Discovered the UT99 Assault maps...so THAT'S why there's a bunch of weird movers that don't do anything in some NAB levels.

-Leech Cannon
Type: Wildfire
Fires seeking minibots that, when they hit an enemy, will expand, reduce 8 health from the enemy, and seek the player who fired them. When they hit the user, they will give the 8 health they stole from the enemy to the user.
-Splitter
Type: NerfCannon
Fires NerfCannon balls that split into 2 smaller, less-damage balls upon impact with a wall or player, which will then split into 4 balls (in total) that are even smaller and do even less damage. Alt fire causes the last fired ball to split instantly.
-Rancid Cannon
Type: Ballzooka
Fires spoiled food that does no initial damage but has a 100% chance to cause poison damage over time. Alt fire shoots a blob of mold that can temporarily engulf enemies and stick them like Ballzooka goo.
-Exploding Pierce
Type: Pulsator
Fires darts that can pierce enemies AND cause small explosions on impact. Alt fire rapidly fires pierce-only darts.
-Helium Gun
Type: Scattershot
Fires helium balloons that do little damage, stick to players, and decay after 15 seconds. If enough balloons are attached to one player, the player will begin to rise, potentially being killed in a CloudZone. Alt fire shoots a blast of helium gas that will temporarily increase the pitch of the target's sounds, and blast them several feet.
-C4 Launcher
Type: Ballzooka
Fires canisters of C4 that stick to players and explode when shot, causing the target to be much more vulnerable to attack. Alt fire shoots a spray of 3 darts that do almost no damage that can be used to activate C4.
-Slow but Sure
Type: Wildfire
Fires darts that travel even slower than Whomper projectiles, but deal a lot of damage.
-Oops
Type: TripleStrike
Fires rockets that do no area damage, but when hitting a target, will fling target in a random direction.
-Defective
Type: Pulsator
Fires projectiles that are misshapen, do slightly more damage, and have partially randomized mass, velocity, and direction.
-Drill Launcher
Type: TripleStrike
Fires seeking (but low seeking power) drill bits that can go through walls. Ineffective in WaterZones.
-Vacuum Cleaner
Type: Scattershot
Does not fire projectiles, but can suck in other projectiles and enemies from a distance. Enemies who are sucked in are dealt damage until they either escape or are knocked out.
-Gravity Editor
Type: Whomper
When fired, produces a slight force on all other players in the level towards the user. Alt fire does the same, except it repels rather than attracts. The force lasts for 15 seconds.
-Agent
Type: TripleStrike
Fires rockets that, when they hit a target, have a chance to produce a mini turret on top of the targets's head. The turret behaves like a PropsMutator turret and shoots at nearby enemies, except for the player wearing it. The turret cannot be removed by the target, and only destroyed if enough damage is dealt to it or if the target is knocked out. The turret is both a curse and a blessing for the target; it helps the target in battle, but the points gathered by it are transferred to whoever produced it. Can also be used on allies.
-Protectors
Type: Sidewinder
Fires large discs that will circle the player who fired them, and absorb some incoming fire. If there are 5 discs circling the player, the disc fired behaves like a normal Sidewinder disc. Circling discs can be destroyed with enough damage.
-H4X0R
Type: WildFire
Rapidly fires seeking darts that do 100 damage. However, every time the weapon is fired, there is a chance that the user will get "punished" (knocked out and lose 5000 points).
-Thief
Type: Wildfire
Each hit drains 50 points from the target, and transfers them to the player who fired them. Deals less damage than a regular Wildfire.
-Power Cloaker
Type: ElectroShield
Causes the user to become completely invisible, but damage taken will increase the user's visibility, and will completely power down if it goes below 50%.
-Expansion Cannon
Type: NerfCannon
Fires black balls of a gooey substance that stick to players and walls. When stuck to an object, it slowly expands for 10 seconds before decaying. Deals slightly less damage than a NerfCannon ball.
-Chaff
Type: Pulsator
Rapid fires pieces of metal that don't do as much damage, but can confuse seeking projectiles.
-Hunted Forever
Type: Whomper
Fires a small seeking missile that travels slightly slower than a player, deals 100 damage, and will not stop seeking until it hits it's target. Target can change if the target is destroyed by something other than the missile.
-Chicken
Type: Ballzooka
Causes you to become invincible (does NOT protect against damaging zones such as lava), but cannot fire.
-Artillery
Type: NerfCannon
Fires shells that have a long range but travel slowly. Creates a fairly large explosion when it hits a wall or player. Alt fire shoots a shell that does NOT explode on walls, only when an enemy comes near.
-Converter
Type: ElectroShield
Converts absorbed damage to points, times 10.
I don't expect you to comment on all of these (I'm probably making way too many as it is), but I'd appreciate it if you commented on at least the ones you liked.

Hopefully Raj is tolerant of necroposting, because I have a few ideas of my own.
Stats Doubler: A Double Damage that doubles the effects of any stats on the user's weapon, both good and bad. If the user is holding the Secret Shot or other weapon without stats, it works like a regular Double Damage.
Wombo Combo: A Whomper disguised as a Secret Shot (similar to the Cacophonous Grasshopper). Alt-fires a dart that costs no ammo, deals no damage, and curses players it hits. The curse can only be removed by getting knocked out, and applies a black doubler-type texture to weapons, but has no other immediate effects. Primary-fires a differently-colored dart that deals 50 damage on its own, but if it hits a player cursed by alt-fire, it will deal 150 damage and inflict an insane amount of vertical upwards knockback, propelling victims into a Cloud Zone or bouncing them off a ceiling and onto the floor, knocking them out thanks to fall damage. Inspired by the Wombo Combo meme from Super Smash Bros. Melee's competitive community. (The tagline should be "Where you at?! Where you at?!")

Extra Life: A Mega Power that only appears in Last Man Standing and Bots vs. Players. It acts like the 1-up Mushroom from the Mario mutator, instantly boosting health to 200 and granting an extra life. If a BvP bot picks one up, they will get 5,000 points instead of an extra life, since bots have infinite lives in BvP.
